I am a licensed ND and I am excited to be practicing in Whitby, my hometown. Prior to obtaining my degree in Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I obtained my BSc (Hons) at UOIT. I have also completed an elective, 2-year clinical residency at CCNM.

I work with you to sustainably achieve your health and wellness goals, prioritizing a safe space for open communication and collaboration, because your journey to wellness begins with a trusting therapeutic partnership.

I strive to know you as a person, not just your symptoms, so that I can understand factors in your life that may be impacting your health and identify the root cause of your concerns. This also allows me to individualize treatments and educate you on your options so that you can make well-informed decisions for your health.

I maintain a general practice, in which I focus in treating mental health concerns, stress and digestive health issues.
